i) No Guarantee of Features or Availability: We do not guarantee that any premium feature, subscription, or in‑app purchase will be available without interruption, error, or downtime. Features may change or be removed at our discretion.

ii) Maximum Financial Liability: Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms, regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, or otherwise), shall in no event exceed the greater of:

• (a) the amount you paid for the App and any in‑app purchases (including subscriptions) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or
• (b) the amount you paid for the App, if any.

These records are maintained by those platforms and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We do not receive or control those records.
